At Rumple, we have many opportunities for Christian Fellowship throughout the year. Something for everyone.
  Salt Shakers - These groups of members and friends meet once a month for fellowship and dinner in various members homes. Dinner is never potluck, and the company is consistently wonderful. During the summer season, there is also a "Lunch Bunch" of Salt Shakers that meets monthly in restaurants throughout the area.
Lemonade on the Lawn - On the first Sunday of each month during the summer season, a group within the church hosts lemonade on the lawn after the 11:00am worship service. This is an opportunity to take a few moments to meet members and visitors while enjoying a refreshing glass of lemonade and cookies.
Rumple Rovers - One Thursday each month during the spring, summer and fall, this group travels in the church van to different places of interest for a day outing and lunch. This is a great way to get to know others in the congregation while exploring the region. Rumple Rover excursions begin in April and are scheduled monthly through October. Contact the Congregational Care Committee for more information.
Monthly Fellowship Suppers - Great food and great fellowship describe our Fellowship Suppers, held once each month, usually on the third Wednesday. Bring a side dish or dessert to share...everyone is welcome!   Rally Day - It's time to rally all students to their Sunday School classes for the year, young and a little older alike. This happens in August, and is another time to celebrate with our Rumple family. On this day, the Men's Sunday School class provides breakfast for everyone and Sunday School classes are canceled.   Annual Rumple Picnic - Games, an airwalk, HUGE softball game, and a wonderful cookout and desserts galore...that is the Rumple Church picnic. A family event always blessed by beautiful, August High County weather takes place at Davant field.     |
