Middle School Youth Group and High School Youth Group meet independently or together (depending upon the activity) on Sunday evenings, generally in the Youth Cottage. This is a great time for fellowship; they have movies, do mini-mission projects, go bowling, have dinner, or just hang out and chat with the guidance of the Youth Director.
![]() ChoirPlus! meets on Thursday afternoons following the dismissal of school. This is for students 5 years old or in Kindergarten through third grade. ChoirPlus! combines fellowship, bible lessons, music, drama, and crafts, all nurturing the younger child's understanding of Christianity and love of Jesus. The Koinonia Choir (meaning "Fellowship") meets on Wednesdays following the dismissal of school. The Koinonia Choir is for students in 2nd though 6th grade and is more music-focused.
Mission Trips: Every summer, the youth go on mission trips to High School Youth Montreat, and Worship and Music Montreat. In addition, the youth take a national or international mission trip each year. The 2008 mission trip was to Orphanage Outreach in the Dominican Republic; the 2009 mission trip was to the Lindner St. YMCA in Cincinnati, Ohio. Other Activities: The youth host a Parent's Night Out twice during the year, the Hallelujah Festival at Halloween, and participate in various service projects throughout the year.
Vacation Bible School is offered in the summer for youth ages 3 through 5th grade. Check out the bulletin board located in the lobby. It features youth pictures and current events.
